Our
Values

SEE Consultancy brings a people-centric approach to organisational development.

We are honest, trustworthy, brave, and speak our mind.

We get results through innovative thinking, challenging you to step out of the confines of the majority neurotype to creatively take your organisation to the next level.

ABOUT US

With twenty years of innovation, change delivery, and a late neurodivergent diagnosis, our founder, social catalyser Claire Buttrum, designs values-led, people-centric approaches to business improvement.

We make organisations better at what they do. Through your people.

We have the expertise to tailor the support you need to raise your organisation’s performance. Our decades of experience and in-depth knowledge of neurodiversity inclusion can help you…

  • Set up and design projects to maximise the chance of them being delivered on time and to budget

  • Introduce operating frameworks and policies tailored to the needs of your neurodiverse staff

  • Provide neuroinclusive training and self-development

  • Coach your senior leaders to improve awareness, understanding and support of the different neurotypes in your organisation

  • Deliver people-centric change that increases staff retention and employee satisfaction scores

  • Put in place reasonable adjustments that are low cost to you but make huge differences to your staff

  • Overhaul your tired approach to recruitment to attract the best talent

I have seen too many organisations limit their growth by undervaluing their staff. Instead of doing everything they can to maximise their existing talent pool, they seem to actively piss their staff off with stagnant thinking and poor processes. Their creative thinkers, catalysers, visionaries, and leaders of the future are pushed out.
— Claire Buttrum, founder of SEE

Claire is a qualified change management practitioner, project and programme manager, and behaviour change specialist. She has undertaken neuroaffirming training with Divergent Life, and works closely with Divergent Life founder, Dr Emma Offord, to develop neuroinclusive practices and advice. She is currently working towards a Masters Degree in Somatic Trauma Informed Coaching and Leadership accredited with CMI.

She believes that in order to support staff to reach their potential, organisational development and change needs to be undertaken sensitively and with varying neurotypes in mind.

She is a choreographer, consultant, educator and original creator. Bravely challenging social norms with kindness, an appreciation of beauty and simplicity, and most importantly, humour. And she will call out your BS, so don’t be a jerk. If that offends you then you’re probably in the right place.

Claire is doesn’t use labels anymore, but if it helps you to understand her neurotype, she is ADHD, with a smattering of Autism, too much OCD for comfort, and is a fierce seeker of justice. She also has a bunch of frankly annoying physical ailments that coexist with her neurodivergence that include hypermobility syndrome, low blood pressure and bradycardia, and arthritis.
